❥ You can ask for WIP❥ NO REFUNDS❥ There are more people who ask for commissions, please wait your turn for your drawing❥ You can use my art for commercial use or resell it, but you would have to pay the License that it costo 300 USD (stickers,posters,and any objects with the drawing)❥ The commission can be private, let me know if you want it that way❥ The GenderSwap of characters I will charge MORE (15USD)❥ If you have paid for a drawing as a gift but have cut off a relationship with that person, it is NOT a valid reason to ask for a refund or any other excuse❥ After adding the base color you CANNOT request changes in the base drawing (charge for changes)❥ You can NOT delete the signature of the drawing UNLESS you pay the commercial use (300USD)❥ The money will always be requested in advance, NOT after the skecth; if you don't have the full money I will ONLY accept 50% of the payment as advance payment NO LESS❥ You should ONLY pay the commission if you have read and accept all the terms of service.❥ BE PATIENT
You need to respect the people who made their order first and for me, do NOT saturate my social networks with messages and I will notify you when your commission starts, if I consider that a customer is harassing me, I will be forced to cancel the commission.

★SPECIAL RULES★
⚡I ONLY make scheduled deliveries or close dates if they are gifts for a special date (birthdays, holidays like Christmas or anniversaries of a couple) I ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS IF THERE IS A MINIMUM MARGIN OF 2 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE AND +25 USD MORE (Example: Full body flat color 25 USD +10 PayPal commission + 25 USD for special date = 60 USD)⚡✉ My waiting list and commission updates were made in TRELLO, so if you are my client it is ESSENTIAL that you send me an email to add you and have access to it ✉✉ You can use the email which you request to see my Trello board, to send me the references of your characters and specifications of your commission, if you require several details may increase the cost (this applies in NSFW works as they usually have more detail in terms of pose, background and fetishes) ✉

I do NOT interact with clients beyond the professional environment, if that line is crossed by the client, I will be forced to cancel your commission regardless of whether the payment was made or not (NO REFUNDS).🔞 I need a reference of your character NUDED, if you don't have an unclothed reference I will have to CREATE how he/she/they would look naked and that will have an extra cost of 20 USD, because I designed the unclothed version

I "MariHedcat" WILL NOT BE LIABLE for any misunderstandings if you chose to ignore the terms and conditions stipulated in this writing.If you are not happy with any of these terms, I recommend you not to ask for a commission because if you as a client do not comply with what is stipulated I will be forced to add you in my black list for breach of contract.This is a job like any other and requires the same seriousness since you are paying for a service, so let's avoid conflicts and let's do a good job.
